Franz Spinal Care & Nutrition (formerly known as Franz Family Spinal Care) has been serving the Greenville and Upstate South Carolina area since 2009. While many of our patients live locally, numerous patients regularly travel from as far as Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida to our place of healing.
